Removals Genie is a trading devision of Wand Advertising, a British based company (Head Office Oxford). We specialise in internet based advertising and marketing for niche sectors of the services industry. Our mission is to provide high value advertising at a low cost to our customers.

How do I recieve my quote requests?

When a potential customer uses our site and asks for a quote request (lead) we processes this request and email it to you.

Can I cancel my listing at any time?

Yes you can do this at the click of a mouse. You can do this instantly by logging into your account and changing the status of your account to inactive.

Will I have to give customers discounts for advertising online?

Nearly all our visitors are looking for just removals companies in their area, rather than companies giving discounts.

What if I receive the same quotation request twice?

Removals Genie has a clever automated system of removing duplicate quotes, but occasionally you may find that you receive a duplicate quote. If this occurs you can simply email or fax the quote reference number of quotes in question, and we shall remove them from our database within 5 working days.

What if I receive fake or incomplete quote requests?

Removals Genie has an automated checking system written into its software that checks the information on our database before passing it on. If a fake or incomplete quote does make it to you, you can claim for it within 5 working days. Please email the quote reference number to quotes@removalsgenie.co.uk
